Anwar Ansari – The Man Behind the Mission
Anwar Ansari is the founder and driving force behind M.V. Hosiery and Softdots. Starting with just two machines and a small room, he built the brand through hard work, resilience and family support. With no formal training beyond primary schooling, he relied on skill, consistency and vision.
From his first breakthrough in Sadar Bazaar in 1991 to exporting products as far as Russia, his journey is a testament to dedication. He officially registered M.V. Hosiery in 2005 and went on to collaborate with leading fashion brands, including Genesis Colors Pvt. Ltd. His story proves that passion and perseverance can create lasting success.
Wasim – Carrying the Legacy Forward
Wasim joined Softdots in 2017 at just 19, starting from the ground up and building deep hands-on experience across production and operations. Today, he leads the brand’s growth, strengthening its presence in wholesale and modern retail.
Blending his father’s legacy with a modern vision, he focuses on quality, comfort and innovation — shaping Softdots into a trusted, nationally recognized name in women’s comfort wear.
Mohammad Mohseen - Vision in Motion
Mohammad Mohseen joined Softdots in 2011, supporting the family business from its early home-based days. Starting in local market sales, he learned every aspect of the business from the ground up.
Today, as Production Manager, he oversees manufacturing while driving pattern design and modern product development. Backed by his father’s vision, he is focused on growing Softdots into a nationally recognized brand for women’s comfort and confidence.

Founded in 1990 with just two machines at home, our journey began as a small family dream built on hard work and strong support. In 1991, we achieved our first breakthrough with our entry into Sadar Bazaar, setting the foundation for steady growth.
