Eligibility for Return / Exchange

1.Bras

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, only if:

The product is unused and unwashed

All original tags are intact

The product is in original packaging

There is a manufacturing defect or wrong product delivered

2.Panties / Briefs

For hygiene and safety reasons, panties/briefs are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for panties/briefs once delivered.
