2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Orders can be cancelled before the invoice has been generated or the dispatch process has begun.
2.2 Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2.3 To request a cancellation, please email us at support@softdot.in with your order number within 2 hours of placing the order.
2.4 If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Return Policy

3.1 We accept return requests only if:

* The Product is damaged, defective or incorrect; or
* The Product does not match the description on the Softdot Platform.

3.2 For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain intimate items, including panties, stick-on bras, pasties or any worn garments, unless the item was received in a damaged or defective condition.

3.3 All return requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
3.4 Returned Products must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging and accessories intact.
3.5 We may request product images to verify the condition before initiating the return.
3.6 Once approved, our courier partner will arrange for a free pickup from your location where available.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refunds are initiated once the returned Product passes our quality check.
4.2 Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–15 business days after approval.
4.3 Shipping charges and gift wrapping fees are non-refundable, unless the Product received was defective or incorrect.
4.4 In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the same payment source used during purchase.

5.2 Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size or style.
